However, the rate and attribution window applied to each of your existing customer attributions is snapshot at the moment it is created and remains in effect for the full 12 months — we never change it retroactively. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance, and they apply only to new attributions created after the effective date.
Yes for Tier 1 self-serve applications. You need an active FREELANCE plan or higher. This keeps the program focused on creators who actually use the product. Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners are invited directly and may be granted an exemption.
Four independent signals: unique link, personal promo code, 60-day first-party cookie, and Stripe checkout metadata. Even if cookies are blocked or the user buys later from a different device, the promo code or link still credits you.
Net cash actually received by TerryTrilla from your referred customers in the 12-month attribution window, after VAT/sales tax, payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, and the audience discount granted via your promo code.
Cleared commission is paid out monthly via Stripe Connect, typically in the first 10 business days. Minimum payout threshold is $50; smaller balances roll forward.
Commission moves from PENDING to CLEARED 14 days after each successful payment. Any refund or chargeback during those 14 days voids the associated commission. After CLEARED, refunds may still be deducted from the next payout.
Yes, the program is non-exclusive by default. We don't require category exclusivity unless a separate addendum and separate payment for that exclusivity is agreed.
Only with a separate written agreement and separate compensation. Organic reposts, embeds and quotes are covered by the basic license; paid amplification is not.
You can leave at any time. Commission for customers attributed before you left continues to accrue and pay out through the end of each 12-month attribution window.
