Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the TerryTrilla platform. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform to:

• Access and complete educational courses and materials
• Track your learning progress
• Communicate with instructors through provided tools
• Share course links with others for legitimate educational purposes

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Account & Access

• Sharing login credentials with other individuals
• Creating fake or impersonating accounts
• Attempting to bypass authentication or security measures
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
• Using the Platform or any of its content to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission from TerryTrilla LLC
• Attempting to extract datasets, structured content, or large portions of Platform content for machine learning, AI training, or dataset compilation purposes, regardless of technical method used

3.2 Content

• Uploading, posting, or transmitting illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing course content without written permission
• Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Posting spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials

3.3 Security

• Transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or any harmful code
• Performing denial-of-service attacks or attempting to disrupt the Platform
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform or its infrastructure
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

3.4 Legal Compliance

• Using the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Violating export control laws (including US Export Administration Regulations)
• Conducting fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

4. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of any subscription fees paid (no refund)
• Legal action, including injunctive relief and damages
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required

6. Responsible Disclosure Policy

We take security seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability in the Platform, we ask that you report it responsibly:

• Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate (minimum 90 days)
• Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue
• Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users

We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and work to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities as quickly as possible. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will credit researchers who follow this policy (with their consent).

TerryTrilla does not currently offer a paid bug bounty program, but we reserve the right to introduce one in the future.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
